You have found the perfect program, but you don’t know how to apply? Read the following information to find out more about the application process.
1 - Choose your program and find out about our entry requirements
Before submitting your application for one of our programs, it is important to check whether you meet the minimum entry requirements of IAE Bordeaux.

2 - Submit your online application form
The second step is to submit a written application, which includes assembling a variety of materials that will help us assess your qualifications.
3 - ** Submit the required documents
Once you have completed your online application form, you have to send the following documents right after your application form submission to "iae.applications@u-bordeaux.fr"
Please submit the required documents either in English or French
- Copies of transcripts
- Copies of all previous diplomas awarded
- Passport copy (or ID card if European)
- Letter of motivation
- CV
- English language test or certificate of studies in English
- One passport/(ID) photo
Keep in mind that applications cannot be reviewed until they are complete. Any missing mandatory or additional materials must be received by the Admissions Office within one week of your initial application submission.
4 - Wait for your application to be assessed
Once we have received all the required application components, the review process will begin. Academic professors from the EBA / MBA / IBM program will serve as the Admissions Jury and carry out the review process. Our Admissions jury will decide whether an applicant is eligible for an interview or not.
In all cases, the Applicant shall receive an answer by the dates set out in the application periods section.
**Note: We receive an influx of applications every year. Hence, the announcement of the results may be delayed for 3-4 days.
5 - Attend an online interview
After your written application has been submitted and we have reviewed your supporting documents, you may be invited for an online interview. Eligible candidates will be notified via email. This interview will be carried out either through Zoom or Skype.
-> When should I apply ?
The application period for 2024-2025 will begin on February 26 (at 9 a.m. - France time) and will close on May 7, 2024 ( at 5 p.m. - France time)
** The application for M2 IBM will be available on March 18, 2024.

ATTENTION = The application for M2 IBM is not commencing in the first wave.

- Applications' assessment by the admission jury ; From March 17 to March 20, 2024
- During the above time frame, applicants will receive an email either inviting them for an interview or notifying them of their application's rejection.
- Interview dates: Friday, March 22 & Saturday, March 23, 2024
- The result of the first round will be announced between March 25 and March 29, 2024.
- Deadline for Confirming Participation in Program : April 8, 2024
- Deadline for the First Half Tuition Fee Payment : April 22, 2024

- Applications' assessment by the admission jury ; From April 13 to April 17, 2024
- During the above time frame, applicants will receive an email either inviting them for an interview or notifying them of their application's rejection.
- Interview dates for M2 IBM : Wednesday, April 17 & Thursday, April 18, 2024
- Interview dates for M1 EBA & M2 MBA : Friday, April 19 & Saturday, April 20, 2024
- The result of the second round will be announced between April 22 to April 26, 2024.
- Deadline for Confirming Participation in Program : May 1st, 2024
- Deadline for the First Half Tuition Fee Payment : May 15, 2024
