Have you just been admitted to IAE Bordeaux ? Congratulations ! To secure your place in your programme, you must complete your administrative enrollment and pay the required tuition and registration fees. Only once these steps have been completed will your enrollment at IAE Bordeaux be officially confirmed.
ADMINISTRATIVE ENROLLMENT PERIOD : FROM 9 JULY TO 30 SEPTEMBER 2026
Please read the general instructions carefully before completing your administrative enrollment.
1 - Student Life and Campus Contribution (CVEC): mandatory for all students
- Before enrolling, you must log in to :
Home — MesServices.etudiant.gouv.fr - The CROUS will issue you a certificate, the number on this certificate is required to complete your enrollment at IAE Bordeaux.
Article L841-5-1 of the Student Orientation and Success Act provides for the payment of the CVEC :
This contribution is intended to promote the reception and social, health, cultural, and athletic support of students and to strengthen the health prevention and education initiatives carried out for their benefit. It is established for the benefit of public higher education institutions, institutions mentioned in Articles L. 443-1 and L. 753-1 of this code or in Article L. 1431-1 of the General Code of Local Authorities that provide initial higher education programs, private higher education institutions serving the public interest, and regional centers for university and school services (CROUS).
- Who is required to pay it?
All students enrolled in initial higher education programs must pay this tax before completing any administrative registration at the University of Bordeaux.
Students receiving scholarships are exempt from the CVEC but must still complete the process to obtain a CVEC number, which is required to access online registration.
- How much is it?
The amount of the CVEC is adjusted annually. For the 2026–2027 academic year, it is €105.

2 - Online Registration

Were you enrolled at IAE Bordeaux or the University of Bordeaux during the 2025–2026 academic year ?
- Were you enrolled at IAE Bordeaux or the University of Bordeaux prior to the 2025–2026 academic year?
- New student ? Log in using this link [+] by entering your Ecandidat number (ECLMXXXXX…) or, for Campus France applicants, the code you received via email from the Student Affairs Office.
3 - Supporting documents submission
- The required documents must be submitted online after you have completed your administrative registration (see List of Supporting Documents). The ID photo will be used to print your student ID card: it must be submitted in JPEG or PDF format.

4 - Access to the Student Online Workspace
Students and staff of the university must use their University of Bordeaux digital ID to access digital services such as the Digital Workspace (ENT): IDNUM
HOW DO I CONNECT FOR THE FIRST TIME ?
- Follow the activation procedure
- Select your status : student, staff, partner...
- Enter the requested information
Make sure you spell your ID correctly. For example, an uppercase “I” may look like a lowercase “L”.

5 - End of Registration
From this stage onward, the Student Affairs Office will take over. We will review your administrative enrollment and verify all the supporting documents you have submitted throughout the month of September.
Once your enrollment has been successfully processed and all your supporting documents have been approved, you will be able to download your Certificate of Enrollment from your student portal (ENT) by following the instructions below.

To download your Certificate of Enrollment, select the Student Documents (Documents étudiant) app.
If you are a new student at IAE Bordeaux, you will be contacted by your Student Affairs Officer when your student card is ready for collection.
Please note: your enrollment documents will only be available once all your supporting documents have been validated. Be sure to check the status of your application regularly.
6 - Student Health Insurance
Health Insurance
Student health insurance is now managed under the French National Health Insurance system (CPAM).
New international students: you must contact the CPAM office nearest to your place of residence in France to complete your health insurance registration. More Information
